Additionally, Honda announced the mass production of the CUV e:, the second electric two-wheeler for Europe, and introduced a groundbreaking V3 internal combustion engine (ICE) concept with the world’s first electrical compressor for motorcycles.
EV Fun and EV Urban Concepts
The EV Fun Concept is Honda’s first electric sports model, blending the performance of a mid-sized ICE motorcycle with a sleek, futuristic design. Set for commercialization in 2025, it boasts CCS2 quick-charging compatibility, delivering over 100 km of range and emphasizing Honda’s signature agile handling. The EV Urban Concept, on the other hand, is designed for urban commuters, featuring a connected, intuitive human-machine interface and Honda’s proprietary battery pack, aiming to redefine urban electric mobility.
V3 Engine Concept
Honda’s V3 ICE concept, also on display, showcases a 75-degree water-cooled engine equipped with an electrical compressor, which enhances torque across the RPM range and allows more compact component placement—ideal for larger displacement motorcycles. This marks Honda’s latest effort in pushing ICE technology to new heights.
