Ford Motor Company is reimagining vehicle personalization with the launch of Ford Custom Garage, a new suite of customization packages designed to give Ford truck and SUV owners more ways to personalize their vehicles. Debuting with the Matte Black and Sinister Bronze packages for the Ford Bronco at the 2024 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show, Ford Custom Garage offers unique, limited-edition appearance and performance upgrades for both on- and off-road adventures.
Ford Custom Garage’s initial offerings for the Bronco include the following high-performance enhancements:
- 2-Inch Leveling Suspension Kit: Designed by Ford Performance for rugged terrains.
- Custom Wheels and Badging: Five 17 x 8.5-inch wheels with black lug nuts, smoked Ford oval, and special grille letter caps.
- Extended Fender Flares and Spare Tire Carrier: Enhanced style and functionality for any off-road setting.
The packages are fully designed and tested by Ford’s Vehicle Personalization and Performance Parts team to meet factory standards and can be serviced at any Ford dealer. The MSRP for each package starts at $5,200, excluding installation and optional 35-inch Goodyear All-Terrain tires.
Upcoming Ford Custom Garage Packages and SEMA Project Vehicles
Ford also showcased future customization concepts at the SEMA Show, offering a glimpse of packages that are yet to launch. These include:
- Dark Trail Series for Bronco: A rugged, trail-ready package with high-contrast finishes and off-road accessories.
- Blue Free Wheeling for Bronco Sport: A retro-inspired look with bold graphics.
- F-150 FP700S by Ford Performance Parts: A high-power package with a supercharged 700-horsepower V8 and street-tuned upgrades.
Ford Custom Garage’s lineup reflects the growing demand for aftermarket upgrades, as Ford’s personalization business has grown over 20% in the past five years. “Our customers want to make their vehicles uniquely their own,” said Kim Mathers, Ford’s Director of Vehicle Personalization and Performance Parts. “Ford Custom Garage delivers fresh, factory-backed customization options for discerning drivers.”

The Ford display also featured concept vehicles that could inspire future Custom Garage offerings:
- Bronco Wild Fund Project Vehicle: A nature-inspired Bronco Big Bend 4-door with an eco-conscious design.
- Bronco Sport Wild Fund Concept: A custom-built Bronco Sport Badlands Sasquatch, featuring eco-themed graphics and adventure-ready details.
- F-150 ORV Project Vehicle: An off-road-optimized F-150 XLT FX4 with underbody armor and auxiliary lighting.
- 1969 F-100 “Clyde” Tribute: Created with Solomon Lunger, this reimagined classic showcases a 5.2-liter V8 with a 3.8-liter Whipple supercharger, delivering over 900 horsepower in vintage style.
