Nissan revealed the all-new 2025 Murano, showcasing a refined midsize crossover that blends premium design with cutting-edge technology. Set to go on sale exclusively in the U.S. and Canada in early 2025, the redesigned Murano is part of Nissan’s strategic The Arc Business Plan, following the recent launches of the Kicks and Armada.

Stunning Design and Upscale Features

The 2025 Murano embraces Nissan’s design philosophy of “energetic elegance,” featuring a sleek, modern exterior with available 21-inch wheels, full-width LED tail lights, and striking two-tone paint options. Inside, the crossover offers a luxurious cabin experience with finely detailed soft-touch materials, dual 12.3-inch high-definition displays, and upscale amenities such as available 64-color ambient lighting and massaging front seats.

Advanced Safety and Driving Confidence

Nissan prioritizes safety in the new Murano, equipping it with standard Nissan Safety Shield® 360. Drivers can also benefit from ProPILOT Assist and ProPILOT Assist 1.1, which streamline highway driving. Additionally, two new camera technologies enhance visibility: the Invisible Hood View, offering a virtual view through the engine bay for precise navigation, and the 3D Around View® Monitor, providing eight virtual perspectives for easier parking and maneuvering.

Enhanced Connectivity and Immersive Audio

The Murano aims to keep drivers seamlessly connected with available Google built-in, featuring up-to-date Google Maps and other apps directly accessible through the 12.3-inch touchscreen. A Bose® 10-speaker audio system ensures a rich, immersive sound experience throughout the cabin, making every journey more enjoyable.

Powerful Performance and Refined Driving Dynamics

Under the hood, the 2025 Murano boasts a 2.0-liter VC-Turbo engine, delivering 241 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque—20 lb-ft more than the outgoing model. Paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission featuring paddle shifters, the Murano offers engaging driving dynamics. Standard Idle Stop Start enhances fuel efficiency, while frequency-sensitive dampers and electric power steering contribute to a smooth and controlled ride. Buyers can choose between front-wheel drive or Nissan’s Intelligent All-Wheel Drive for added versatility.

As with previous models, the all-new 2025 Nissan Murano will be manufactured in Smyrna, Tennessee. Pricing will be announced closer to its release date, as Nissan continues to build anticipation for its latest addition to the crossover market.
