Bolero Berlin, the acclaimed ensemble featuring soloists from the Berlin Philharmonic and renowned jazz musicians, is set to make its return to the Audi Forum Ingolstadt. After a six-year hiatus, the group, known as “The Latin Soul of the Berlin Philharmonic,” will bring their unique fusion of classical and jazz to the stage, offering a captivating blend of Cuban boleros, Argentine tangos, and the music of legends like Duke Ellington and Maurice Ravel.

This performance is particularly significant as it marks a new chapter for Bolero Berlin, which recently underwent a transformation following the passing of guitarist Helmut Nieberle in 2020 and percussionist Topo Gioia earlier this year. Paulo Morello has since taken up the guitar, and Rolo Rodriguez, originally from Uruguay, has infused the group with new energy and authentic Latin rhythms.

Bolero Berlin has remained committed to their signature style—fusing classical music with jazz elements to create passionate, fiery performances that move seamlessly between melancholy, sensuality, and elegance. The ensemble promises to deliver an unforgettable evening of chamber music full of improvisation and emotional depth.
