In response to the devastation caused by Hurricanes Francine and Helene, Ford Credit and Lincoln Automotive Financial Services are extending a helping hand to customers impacted by the storms. Eligible customers in counties covered by FEMA’s Individuals and Households Program can apply for payment extensions of up to 60 days, providing financial relief during recovery efforts.
Interest may accrue on deferred payments, but Ford is making the process easier with online requests available at www.ford.com/finance or through the Ford Credit app. Lease customers must call 1-800-723-4016 to request assistance.
Additionally, individuals looking to lease or purchase a new vehicle may qualify for payment deferrals of up to 120 days through Ford Credit or Lincoln Automotive Financial Services. This offer is available at participating Ford and Lincoln dealerships in ten states, including Arkansas, Florida, and South Carolina. Eligible customers must act by November 13 to take advantage of the disaster relief program.
