Clean Electric has successfully closed its Series A funding round, securing INR 48.5 crore ($6 million). The round was co-led by pi Ventures, Info Edge Ventures, and Kalaari Capital, with additional support from Lok Capital and other strategic investors.
The funding will drive Clean Electric’s mission to tackle key challenges in the electric vehicle (EV) industry, including extending battery range, reducing charging times, and enhancing safety standards.
The company’s innovative technologies, such as Direct Contact Liquid Cooling (DCLC) thermal management, integrated cell-to-pack (CTP) architecture, and proprietary dynamic charging algorithms, are powered by a custom-engineered battery management system.
