Bajaj Auto has launched a new variant of the Chetak electric scooter, called the Chetak Blue 3202. This new variant is priced at Rs 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom), which is nearly Rs 14,000 less than the Blue 3201 Special Edition. It will be available for purchase on Flipkart in the next few weeks.
The Chetak Blue 3202 comes in four color choices: Brooklyn Black, Cyber White, Indigo Metallic, and Matte Coarse Grey. A token payment of Rs 2,000 is required to reserve the scooter on the official Chetak website. The standard Bajaj Chetak is available in two variants—Urbane and Premium.
The Blue 3202 variant features the same 3.2 kWh battery pack as the Premium model but boasts a higher range of 137 km on a single charge. In comparison, the Chetak Premium is priced at Rs 1.47 lakh and offers a 126 km range per charge. This enhanced range in the Blue 3202 is due to newly acquired battery cells.
Similar to other Chetak variants, the Blue 3202 can be equipped with the optional TecPac Package for an extra cost. This package includes additional features like hill-hold assistance, roll-over detection, and extra riding modes such as Sport and Crawl. Other standout features of this variant include LED headlights with LED DRLs, a USB charging port, and integrated connectivity via the Bajaj app with over-the-air updates.
