Audi is set to unveil the third generation of its most popular SUV on September 2,2024. The brand plans to launch over 20 new models in 2024 and 2025, more than 10 of which will be electric. This year’s lineup of electric vehicles began with the Audi Q6 e-tron in the spring, followed by the Audi A6 e-tron in late July. Simultaneously, Audi is refreshing its combustion engine offerings, including the A5 family, which debuted in July.
“The Audi Q5 has represented the success of Audi for more than 15 years,” said CEO Gernot Döllner. “With the third generation of our most successful SUV, we will now begin rejuvenating our SUV portfolio with efficient combustion engine models and hybrid versions.”
