The Ford Motor Company has announced significant updates to its 2025 Bronco Sport lineup, delivering a powerful mix of off-road prowess, advanced technology, and modular versatility. The 2025 Bronco Sport, available in Badlands, Outer Banks, and the new Sasquatch package, promises to meet the demands of adventurous drivers who crave performance both on and off the beaten path.
The Sasquatch package, now available on both the 1.5-liter Outer Banks and 2.0-liter Badlands models, brings next-level off-road capability to the small SUV category. Featuring a rugged twin-clutch rear-drive unit, locking rear differential, and larger 29-inch Goodyear Territory All-Terrain tires, the Sasquatch package ensures the Bronco Sport can “Go Over Any Type of Terrain” (G.O.A.T.), from deserts to rocky trails.
Building on the success of the original Bronco, the 2025 Bronco Sport incorporates new modular, accessory-ready steel front and rear bumpers, extra underbody protection, and available interior grab handles, catering to the outdoor lifestyle of its drivers. “Bronco Sport customers love the outdoors and go off-roading 3.5 times as often as owners of competitive vehicles,” said Matt Simpson, Ford Enthusiast Vehicles General Manager.
In addition to enhanced off-road capabilities, the 2025 Bronco Sport models are equipped with Ford’s latest tech and safety gear. The largest center display in its class – a 13.2-inch touchscreen with SYNC 4 – is now standard across all models, along with a Bronco Raptor-inspired 12.3-inch digital instrument display. The SUV also boasts Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+ as standard, featuring advanced driver-assistance technologies, including Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keeping System, and Evasive Steering Assist.
With an emphasis on versatility, the Bronco Sport integrates features such as the segment-exclusive Trail One-Pedal Drive and Rally G.O.A.T. Mode, providing more precise control for off-road driving. The newly designed Bilstein rear shocks and increased suspension travel further enhance the vehicle’s performance over rough terrain.
Set to arrive in dealerships in November, with the Sasquatch package available in Q1 2025, the 2025 Bronco Sport continues Ford’s legacy of “Built Wild” engineering. Pricing details will be revealed closer to the release dates.
