Kia India, a leading premium carmaker, has expanded its presence in Kerala by adding seven new dealerships. This move brings the company’s total number of touchpoints in the state to 30, further enhancing accessibility to Kia’s next-generation mobility solutions for customers. The expansion aligns with Kia’s broader strategy to increase touchpoints across South India, where the brand currently operates 178 locations, including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Pondicherry.

The Southern region remains Kia’s second-largest market in terms of touchpoints, following the Northern region. The company’s strategic placement of touchpoints in key geographical areas is designed to serve both local and neighboring communities. Kia India aims to reach over 700 touchpoints nationwide by the end of 2024.

Commenting on the expansion, Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar, Senior Vice President and National Head of Sales & Marketing at Kia India, stated, “South India is one of the most important markets for Kia. Expanding our touchpoints in the region signifies our commitment to growth and innovation. In an increasingly competitive market, this expansion is not just for immediate gains; it’s about building a foundation that supports future growth while staying true to the core values that customers have come to trust.”

In addition to its new dealerships, Kia India also operates 24 Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) outlets in the Southern region. These outlets facilitate the sale, exchange, and purchase of pre-owned Kia vehicles, all of which undergo a rigorous 175-point quality check before being handed over to customers.
