Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd. (WIML), a leading electric vehicle manufacturer in India known for its ‘Joy e-bike’ and ‘Joy e-rik’ brands, has secured a significant order worth USD 1.29 billion from Beulah International Development Corporation. This full-service business integration and EPC firm in the Philippines is supported by RP Connect.
Wardwizard will supply a range of electric vehicles from its current lineup, including electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers for both commercial and passenger segments, and will also develop four-wheelers for commercial use in the Philippines. This order is part of a strategic partnership established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at revolutionizing the public transportation system in the Philippines with electric vehicles.
The MoU was signed by Mr Shreyas Kurhekar, Head of Production & Business Development (Exports), Wardwizard, and Ms Nadia Arroyo, President of Beulah International Development Corporation, in the presence of key members from both organizations.
This partnership seeks to revolutionize public transportation in the Philippines by deploying cutting-edge electric vehicle technology, generating new employment opportunities, and stimulating the local economy.

The partnership aligns with the Philippine Government’s Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP), an initiative led by the Department of Transportation to replace outdated petrol and diesel vehicles with modern electric alternatives, ensuring safer and more systematic daily transportation services. Wardwizard and Beulah International aim to significantly transform the transportation landscape in the Philippines through this strategic collaboration.
