Fujiyama, an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, has introduced the Thunder Plus electric scooter. Available in two versions, Thunder VLRA and Thunder LI, the company caters to both the high and low-speed segments of the market.
According to the company’s press release, the Thunder VLRA model boasts a maximum speed of 25 KMPH, driven by a 250 WATT motor, and offers an impressive mileage of 60 KMPC. With its 48V 28AH VRLA battery, the Thunder VLRA ensures a dependable and efficient ride.
Similarly, the Thunder LI variant delivers comparable performance, featuring a top speed of 25 KMPH and a 250 WATT motor. However, it extends its mileage to 90 KMPC with a 60V 30AH VRLA battery.
Both variants are equipped with advanced features such as digital instrument clusters, LED lights with DRL, remote lock and unlock, anti-theft alert, and USB charging ports, prioritizing convenience and safety for riders. Additionally, the Thunder LI model offers the added benefit of a portable battery, enabling easy charging on the move.
Commenting on the launch, Fujiyama CEO Udit Agarwal stated, “The introduction of the Thunder Plus underscores Fujiyama’s dedication to providing cutting-edge EV solutions that address environmental concerns and offer practical alternatives to rising fuel costs and congested roads. With its advanced features and superior performance, we anticipate that the Thunder Plus will further drive the adoption of electric scooters in India.”
