Kia Launches Groundbreaking Kia Krystal: Revolutionizing Aftersales Experience with Digital Transparency

In a bold move towards enhancing customer satisfaction and transparency in the aftersales process, Kia, India’s leading premium carmaker, has unveiled Kia Krystal, a pioneering digitized initiative. This innovative service aims to empower Kia customers with unprecedented visibility into the servicing of their vehicles through video consulting and live streaming, all accessible via the ‘My Kia’ app on their smartphones.

The Kia Krystal initiative marks a significant leap forward in the automotive industry, offering customers real-time access to detailed explanations of service work, associated costs, and instant resolution of queries, right at their fingertips. With the Live Consultation service already available at 237 Kia dealerships nationwide, and 25 dealers currently live streaming service procedures, Kia is set to expand this service to an additional 60 dealerships by the end of 2024.

Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar, National Head – Sales and Marketing, Kia India, emphasized the brand’s commitment to customer-centricity, stating, “Through Kia Krystal, we are aiming at building more trust by facilitating greater transparency to position ourselves as a customer-centric brand.” Recognizing the evolving needs of customers, Kia Krystal not only provides a seamless aftersales experience but also fosters a deeper sense of trust and satisfaction among Kia patrons.

The launch of Kia Krystal underscores Kia’s unwavering commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. This initiative adds to Kia’s repertoire of customer-centric digital service offerings, which include Advanced Pick and Drop, My Convenience, My Convenience Plus, My Convenience Flexi, Kia Owner’s Manual (Digital), and the ‘MyKia’ app, among others.
