The newly appointed executives bring a wealth of experience from prestigious companies, affirming Zypp’s commitment to revolutionizing the electric vehicle landscape across the nation. Ricky Singh, a seasoned strategist with an illustrious track record at companies such as Olx Autos and Snapdeal, assumes the role of Senior Vice President (SVP) of E2W Operations. His mandate includes spearheading ambitious growth initiatives in the 2W business segment, aligning seamlessly with Zypp’s vision of achieving fourfold growth within the current year.
Joining Ricky is Rahul Yadav, who takes charge as the Vice President (VP) of Technology. With a distinguished background at organizations like Airtel and Times Internet Limited, Rahul is poised to lead product and technology initiatives to advance Zypp’s EV revolution, aiming to quadruple growth within the current year through innovative tech products.
In the realm of finance, Sudhir Sharma, with a demonstrated history of success across diverse industries, steps into the role of Senior Vice President (SVP) Finance. His expertise in fundraising and strategic planning will be pivotal as Zypp aims for profitability within the current year, driving sustainable growth and financial success.
Completing the quartet is Sudipto Shome, assuming the role of Vice President of E3W Operations. With experience garnered from his tenure at Manipal Group and CarDekho, Sudipto’s expertise in scaling 3W and 4W logistics operations will play a crucial role in driving Zypp’s operational growth and profitability in the wheeler segment.

The appointments come on the heels of Zypp Electric’s remarkable 3X revenue growth in FY24, with revenues soaring from INR 115 CR in FY23 to INR 325 CR in FY24, marking operational profitability. Additionally, the company has announced the launch of its operations in Hyderabad and Mumbai, further solidifying its footprint across key metropolitan areas.
