Scheduled to run from April 16 to 21 at Superstudio Più in Milan’s Tortona design district, the exhibition promises a glimpse into the future of human-centered design and mobility.
The centerpiece of the showcase is “Time”, a pair of installations curated to explore the boundless potential of software-enabled design in tailoring experiences to individuals in real-time. Spearheading this exploration are two prominent global designers, Hideki Yoshimoto of Tangent and Marjan van Aubel, each presenting original works that push the boundaries of traditional design.
Yoshimoto’s indoor exhibit titled “BEYOND THE HORIZON” envisions a world of next-generation mobility, where software-driven advancements continually redefine the automotive experience. Complemented by the ethereal melodies of Keiichiro Shibuya, the installation invites visitors into an immersive journey of possibilities.
On the outdoor front, Marjan van Aubel’s “8 Minutes 20 Seconds” delves into the collaboration between design and technology in achieving a carbon-neutral future. Featuring the next-generation Lexus electric vehicle LF-ZC, the exhibit underscores the brand’s commitment to pioneering sustainable solutions within the automotive landscape.
