Uber has teamed up with the Airports Authority of India (AAI) at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport in Kolkata, West Bengal.
This collaboration establishes specific pickup zones within the arrival terminal for domestic and international flights, along with on-site support and clear directional signage.
The partnership aims to enhance the travel experience for both drivers and riders by providing designated areas and streamlining the process from the terminal to the Uber pickup zones.
Cashless operations, eliminating parking and pickup charges, have also been introduced at NSCBI Airport in collaboration with Omega Enterprises, contributing to reduced estimated arrival times for riders.
The initiative is part of Uber’s commitment to delivering an improved transportation experience for users.
