Additionally, Nxu recently disclosed plans to establish four charging sites along California’s National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) corridor 7, including Tehachapi, North Edwards, Barstow, and Kramer Junction.
NEVI Corridor 7 is part of the California Energy Commission’s NEVI Formula Program, which earmarked up to $40,500,000 in grant funds for projects facilitating the strategic deployment of high-powered, direct-current fast charger electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
