India’s leading premium carmaker, Kia, has introduced five new variants of the Seltos featuring a 6-speed manual transmission in Tech line trims and equipped with diesel engine options. Priced competitively at INR 11,99,900 (Ex-showroom) across India, the new additions bring the total Seltos variants to 24, offering customers a comprehensive range of drive options. Launched in July 2023, the New Seltos has garnered significant success, with sales reaching 65,000 units to date.
The latest Seltos models boast 32 safety features, including 15 robust hi-safety features (standard across the range) and 17 advanced Level 2 ADAS autonomous features. Positioned as a mid-SUV, the vehicle features a dual-screen panoramic display with a 26.04 cm Full Digital Cluster, 26.03 cm HD Touchscreen Navigation, Dual Zone Fully Automatic Air Conditioner, and R17 43.66 cm Crystal Cut Alloy Wheels. Additional standout features include a Dual-Pane Panoramic Sunroof and an Electric Parking Brake.

The inclusion of a 6-speed manual transmission in the new Seltos diesel variants aims to cater to enthusiasts who appreciate full control on the road, reinforcing the vehicle’s positioning as the smartest and safest driving experience.
Since its initial launch in 2019, the Seltos has achieved remarkable success, selling 6 lakh units in domestic and international markets. Notably, the Seltos contributes more than 51% to Kia India’s total domestic dispatches. Globally, the Seltos holds a significant position within Kia Corporation, with 1 out of every 10 Kia cars sold worldwide being a Seltos. The introduction of the new Seltos variants is expected to further elevate the mid-SUV segment with its best-in-segment features and stunning design.
