Tata Motors, the largest commercial vehicle manufacturer in India, has unveiled its ‘Customer Care Mahotsav,’ an extensive customer engagement program for commercial vehicle clients. Running from January 14 to March 30, 2024, this initiative will be conducted at all authorized Tata Motors service outlets nationwide. The Customer Care Mahotsav aims to provide a platform for meaningful interaction with fleet owners and truck drivers to comprehend their needs and emerging trends. It will offer various benefits, including thorough vehicle check-ups by trained technicians, attractive discounts on select Tata Genuine Parts, and access to value-added services such as Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), Fleet Management Solutions (FMS), and Fleet Edge. Additionally, drivers will receive comprehensive training on safe and fuel-efficient driving practices, health check-ups, hygiene kits, and specially tailored value propositions under the Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative.
