This strategic acquisition strengthens Livguard’s presence in the developing market for 2 & 3-wheeler EVs, in line with its broader dedication to the energy transition.
Emuron Technologies brings a proprietary portfolio of advanced battery swapping and IoT solutions designed specifically for 2 and 3-wheel EVs. Livguard, renowned for its expertise in inverters, automotive batteries, solar solutions, and lithium batteries, foresees that this acquisition will further solidify its standing in the dynamic EV landscape.
