GoMechanic Expands Services To Electric Vehicles, Targets Over 10,000 EVs For Repairs In 2024-25

GoMechanic, a prominent technology-oriented automotive service firm, has introduced ‘Electric Vehicle Services’ targeted at major fleet operators in the electric vehicle (EV) domain.

As part of its expansion strategy, GoMechanic aims to extend its service offerings from Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles to Electric Vehicles, with plans to service/repair over 10,000 smart EVs throughout India in 2024-25.

The EV fleet services will cover routine vehicle maintenance to extensive repairs, including paint, tires, windshield, mirrors, brake pads, and more.

GoMechanic’s unique business model promises cost competitiveness, saving up to 40% compared to current OEM service providers, positioning it as a preferred partner in the EV service space.

Himanshu Arora, CEO and co-founder of GoMechanic expressed the company’s commitment to supporting the EV segment and contributing to the government’s sustainability goals.

The collaboration with MoEVing signifies a crucial step in advancing electric mobility solutions in India, reinforcing the commitment to delivering unparalleled EV services.

MoEVing, a key partner, is focused on electrifying logistics across various sectors and plans to expand its footprint to ten new cities in the coming year.
