Bosch, a prominent technology and services provider, has announced a reorganization of its Mobility Business aimed at fostering regional growth and strengthening customer-centric operations. Effective from January 1, 2024, Sandeep Nelamangala, currently serving as Joint Managing Director of Bosch Limited and Executive Vice President of sales for Mobility Solutions at Bosch India, will assume leadership of the mobility business in India, expanding his role alongside his existing responsibilities.
Sandeep, who has been overseeing sales and involved with Mobility Solutions, will now also supervise the realigned structure, taking charge of technological and strategic advancements specific to the region. Bosch’s primary objective behind this restructuring is to empower regional divisions to better address the needs of both existing and new customers, offering tailor-made technologies and solutions.
Guruprasad Mudlapur, President of the Bosch Group in India and Managing Director of Bosch Limited, highlighted the significance of this move, stating, “As we intensify our focus on developing indigenous and cost-effective solutions through global realignment, Sandeep’s leadership will play a crucial role in meeting our customers’ needs and establishing ourselves as the preferred system solution provider for cutting-edge technologies in India.”
Sandeep Nelamangala further emphasized Bosch’s commitment to a customer-centric approach, underscoring the role of the extensive software team in India. He expressed the company’s dedication to delivering innovation and seamlessly integrating hardware and software to become the preferred mobility partner, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to customers’ requirements.
