Bajaj Auto and Yulu have introduced new generation electric vehicles, DeX GR and Miracle GR. These electric two-wheelers are built on a platform specifically designed for Indian customers, climate, and road conditions.
The Miracle GR & DeX GR are powered by Yulu’s AI-led technology stack, are exclusively manufactured by Bajaj Auto, and are made in India. These are rolled out by Chetak Technology, a 100% owned subsidiary of Bajaj Auto.
According to the manufacturers, Miracle GR and DeX GR will offer a superior experience for customers and higher operational efficiency.
The partnership between a top two-wheeler OEM and a mobility tech company is based on the common vision of transforming mobility through smart, shared, safe, and sustainable electric vehicles.
Amit Gupta, Co-founder and CEO of Yulu, said that “Mobility requirements and customer expectations are rapidly changing and traditional ownership models are being challenged. This shared vision was the inspiration for our partnership with Bajaj Auto. The launch will strengthen our market leadership in the shared mobility space and reinforce our commitment to solving the problem of traffic congestion and pollution for daily commutes and last-mile deliveries.”

Yulu has doubled its fleet within the last three months and plans to have 100,000 vehicles on the roads in major Indian cities by the end. It also targets more than 10x revenue growth for the year. Yulu and Bajaj expect significant cost savings and meaningful improvements to operating metrics and overall finances. This is due to local parts and assembly, superior production qualities, and optimizing economies of scale.
Yulu’s fleet is powered by Yuma Energy and uses swappable batteries. The company currently has around 100 Yuma stations in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi. It plans to increase this number to 500 by 2024.
