The Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI) announces safety tests for electric vehicle makers which will be mandatory from 1st April 2023 for receiving subsidies.
There have been many concerns over electric vehicle safety in India after several electric vehicle fire incidents occurred and many people lost their lives.
