Chargeup expands its network by installing 120 battery swapping stations in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurgaon. Each month, the company serves 1000 drivers with 2.5 million zero-emission kilometres.

Varun Goenka, CEO, and Co-Founder, Chargeup, said, “At Chargeup we are building a tech-enabled network, with technology at the core. We map the new locations for Chargeup swap stations using the real-time data of the driver movement, which ensures the drivers do not have to de-route for a swap. Also, with our analytics on battery performance, we ensure 100% uptime and a safe and reliable ride to our driver-partners.”

Recently, Chargeup, the company building Bharat’s largest battery-swapping network for electric two and three-wheelers, raised USD 2.5 million in pre-Series A round led by Capital-A and Anicut Capital.

Being an early mover in the Indian EV battery charging sector, Chargeup is set to lead the segment and will be driving standardization of operations through the integration of cutting-edge AI and analytics tools.
