Hero Electric has partnered with SpareIt for providing electric vehicle services. Hero Electric plans to train private garage owners (PGOs) for repairing electric vehicles. SpareIt will present its garages for Hero Electric’s clients. SpareIt locate application will integrate customers and fleets for searching garages and service calls for a seamless EV experience.
SpareIt is making business easy for workshops, about making B2B commerce convenient and efficient. It connects workshops with distributors and manufacturers who sell more than 30 lakh spares ranging across categories in the automotive aftermarket and value-added service providers like credit and insurance players.
Hero Electric CEO Sohinder Gill stated that the company believes that a well-equipped and robust service network is relevant to satisfy the needs of the customer. The mechanics require training and skills to address various issues a customer faces in the process of usage, operation, and maintenance of electric vehicles.
