The transaction enhances Cybrid Technologies’ position in end-market applications for advanced polymer materials by adding established consumer-facing brands and a well-developed distribution network in the automotive sector.

GenerNano develops and manufactures automotive functional films, including window films, paint protection films (PPF), vehicle wraps, and protective materials for new energy vehicles.
