Bolt.Earth, India’s largest peer-to-peer (P2P) electric vehicle charging network, has entered into a strategic partnership with Statiq, one of the country’s fastest-growing EV charging networks, to enhance nationwide access to EV charging infrastructure for four-wheelers.

Under the collaboration, EV drivers will be able to locate, access, and pay for charging stations across both networks using either the Bolt.Earth or Statiq mobile application. The integration aims to provide a seamless and interoperable charging experience, reducing the need for multiple apps while expanding access to fast-charging options across India.

The partnership integrates Statiq’s high-speed DC fast-charging infrastructure for four-wheelers with Bolt.Earth’s universal charging platform, significantly increasing the availability of high-speed chargers across key cities, highways, and commercial hubs. This is expected to improve charging reliability and ease long-distance and intercity travel for EV users.

Statiq operates one of India’s largest EV charging networks, offering both AC and DC fast-charging solutions for four-wheelers, with a strong footprint in urban centres and along major highway corridors. The company said the collaboration supports its goal of making public charging simpler, more reliable, and widely accessible.

Commenting on the partnership, Akshit Bansal, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Statiq, said the integration connects two strong networks and provides EV drivers with greater fast-charging choice through a unified and simplified user experience. He added that the initiative is a step toward building an open and interoperable EV charging ecosystem to support faster EV adoption in India.

Bolt.Earth, which operates a community-driven P2P charging platform across more than 1,900 cities in India, caters to two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers. Its network includes standard and fast-charging options and enables individuals, businesses, and fleet operators to participate in expanding EV charging infrastructure.

S Raghav Bharadwaj, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bolt.Earth, said interoperability will play a key role in the future of EV charging in India. He noted that combining Bolt.Earth’s universal network with Statiq’s fast-charging infrastructure will help reduce range anxiety, eliminate app fragmentation, and provide users with real-time visibility of available charging points.

The companies said the partnership is designed to simplify the EV charging experience across the country by addressing key user challenges such as accessibility, payment integration, and real-time updates. By enabling interoperable networks and a seamless digital interface, the collaboration is expected to make EV charging more convenient and reliable, supporting India’s transition toward widespread electric mobility.
