Ola Electric on Wednesday announced the commencement of Hyperdelivery, a same-day registration and delivery service for its 4680 Bharat Cell-powered electric vehicles in Bengaluru, marking another step towards faster and more customer-centric EV ownership in India.

The new offering is part of the company’s broader Hyperservice initiative, aimed at delivering a transparent, convenient, and seamless experience across the entire ownership journey. Under Hyperdelivery, customers can now complete their purchase either online or at an Ola Electric Store and ride home on a fully registered vehicle on the same day.

The development follows Ola Electric’s earlier move to bring the vehicle registration process completely in-house, a shift that has significantly reduced delivery timelines and streamlined the purchase-to-delivery experience for customers.

Commenting on the launch, a spokesperson for Ola Electric said that Hyperservice is focused on delivering world-class ownership experiences. “Hyperdelivery adds another layer of ease and convenience for customers who want to purchase our vehicles. When we introduced it earlier this year, we completely changed the way Indians bought their vehicles. Today, we are extending that same ease of ownership to customers opting for our 4680 Bharat Cell-powered vehicles,” the spokesperson said, adding that the company’s direct-to-customer (D2C) and vertically integrated model has enabled this transition.

As part of its customer-first approach under Hyperservice, Ola Electric recently rolled out an in-app service appointment feature nationwide, allowing customers across India to seamlessly schedule vehicle servicing. The company has also announced plans to scale Hyperservice into an open platform, aimed at redefining EV servicing standards in the country.

Together, these initiatives form a critical pillar of Ola Electric’s ‘India Inside’ strategy, which focuses on building open, scalable, and domestically integrated platforms across battery technology, software, after-sales service, and delivery infrastructure.

Ola Electric Mobility Limited is India’s leading electric vehicle manufacturer, specialising in the vertical integration of EV technology and manufacturing, including battery cells.
