Odysse Electric Vehicles, one of India’s rapidly expanding premium electric two-wheeler manufacturers, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shriram Green Finance Limited to offer easy and affordable financing options for its electric scooters.

The partnership aims to make electric mobility more accessible to a wider segment of Indian consumers, including daily commuters, small business owners, delivery personnel, and families. Through Shriram Green Finance’s extensive national network, customers will now have access to flexible and convenient financing solutions designed to reduce the upfront cost of EV ownership.

With this collaboration, the companies aim to simplify the shift toward cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable mobility across India. The financing solutions are expected to play a critical role in encouraging first-time EV buyers and accelerating the adoption of electric two-wheelers in urban and semi-urban markets.

Speaking on the announcement, Nemin Vora, Founder and CEO of Odysse Electric Vehicles, said, “Our alliance represents more than a partnership — it is a commitment to redefining how India moves. By uniting advanced EV innovation with inclusive financing, we are opening the doors to a cleaner, smarter, and democratically accessible mobility ecosystem. Together, we aim to empower every citizen to be part of the electric revolution and shape a future where sustainability is not an option, but a way of life.”

Echoing this sentiment, Nanda Gopal, National Business Head, Shriram Green Finance Limited, said, “With this MoU, Odysse and Shriram Green Finance aim to reduce barriers to EV adoption, accelerate deployment of zero-emission commercial vehicles, and contribute to India’s mission of achieving net-zero emissions.”

The partnership is expected to support India’s growing EV ecosystem by expanding financing access, enabling faster deployment of electric two-wheelers, and reinforcing the country’s sustainability goals.
