Lilypad Drives EV Revolution with Doorstep Home Demo Service in Delhi-NCR

Lilypad, a fast-growing electric vehicle (EV) platform, is redefining how Indians experience and purchase EVs through its innovative doorstep Home Demo Service. The initiative aims to make electric mobility more accessible and trustworthy for consumers, marking a significant step in driving EV adoption across the country.

Currently, Lilypad records 12–15 vehicle sales per month through its online channels, supported by a fleet of 50 active EVs that collectively cover over 100,000 km each month in the Delhi-NCR region. With a consistent 8–10% month-on-month growth, the company reflects a growing consumer shift toward sustainable mobility.

“At Lilypad, we believe buying an EV isn’t just a transaction — it’s a mindset shift,” said a company spokesperson. “Our home demo program bridges that gap by bringing the EV experience directly to the customer’s doorstep. This simple idea combining accessibility, trust, and convenience is helping us accelerate India’s EV adoption one test ride at a time.”

The service allows customers to schedule a 30-minute doorstep demo via Lilypad’s WATI-powered WhatsApp and web booking system. During the session, a Lilypad specialist provides hands-on training, safety guidance, and a personalized product experience. The company has already completed over 100 home demos, achieving three times higher conversion rates than traditional in-store walk-ins.

As part of its 2026 roadmap, Lilypad aims to strengthen its foothold in the Delhi-NCR market before expanding to Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, focusing on responsible and customer-centric growth.
