In a major step toward electrifying corporate mobility, BMW Charging and MINI Charging have joined forces with Digital Charging Solutions GmbH (DCS) to introduce an innovative fleet charging application that simplifies how companies manage, monitor, and pay for electric vehicle (EV) charging.

This new digital platform connects the charging accounts of fleet vehicles directly with a centralized company account, enabling automatic billing and consolidated payments — a breakthrough in efficiency and transparency for business users.

Designed primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises operating up to 50 electric vehicles, the solution allows businesses to track all charging sessions through a central dashboard and receive one unified invoice. The system also automatically reimburses drivers, eliminating the need for manual expense claims or advance payments.

This new solution marks another milestone in the electrification of corporate fleets, combining convenience with intelligent cost control, said a BMW Group spokesperson.

Simple Setup, Seamless Experience

Implementation is quick and straightforward:

  1. Fleet managers create a company account via CHARGE NOW.
  2. Drivers register as business customers under BMW or MINI Charging.
  3. Both accounts are linked for automated billing and centralized monitoring.

Fleet drivers enjoy the same Plug & Charge, tariff, and brand experiences as private users through the My BMW App or MINI App, ensuring a familiar and smooth charging journey.

Pan-European Launch and Expansion

The new fleet charging solution debuted in August 2025 across 11 European markets, including Germany, France, the UK, Italy, and Spain. In September, it expanded to eight more countries, among them Sweden, Poland, Norway, and Denmark — furthering BMW Group’s vision of accessible and sustainable EV charging across Europe.

The initiative underscores BMW Group’s commitment to advancing electrified mobility through smart, user-centric technology that reduces administrative effort and supports businesses in transitioning to cleaner fleets.

As BMW continues to lead in the e-mobility space, this partnership with DCS represents a key move in transforming how corporate fleets charge, manage, and drive electric — efficiently, intelligently, and sustainably.
