One year after launching the Ford Power Promise, more than 15,000 Ford electric vehicle (EV) customers in the U.S. are enjoying the everyday convenience of charging their cars at hom.

The Ford Power Promise offers customers a complimentary home charger and standard installation with the retail purchase of a new Ford EV. The initiative aims to eliminate one of the biggest concerns for EV owners—charging accessibility—by making “filling up at home” the new normal.

Along with home charging, the package includes 24/7 customer support, access to the BlueOval™ Charge Network for on-the-road charging, and an 8-year/100,000-mile battery warranty. Together, these features provide EV owners with peace of mind, cost savings, and everyday convenience.

Ford says customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Many have described the program as transformative, easing their transition to electric mobility and removing the worry of charging logistics.

We’ve heard from many of our customers who say it’s transformed their experience, making the switch to electric seamless and worry-free,” a Ford spokesperson said. “Their stories speak volumes about the tangible advantages of this program and the benefit of going electric.

By expanding the Ford Power Promise across North America and Europe, the automaker is reaffirming its commitment to accelerating EV adoption and making electric driving more accessible, convenient, and enjoyable.
