VinFast Auto India, the Indian arm of the global EV manufacturer, has strengthened its footprint in Southern India with the inauguration of two new showrooms in Hyderabad. The milestone follows the recent launch of its premium electric SUVs, the VF 6 and VF 7, in Delhi, underscoring the company’s aggressive expansion strategy in the Indian market.
The new outlets, promoted by Nanesh Automotives Pvt Ltd under the leadership of Mr. Vivek Jain, are strategically located at Dargah Road and Patigadda. The Dargah Road showroom spans 3,300 sq. ft., while the Patigadda outlet covers 2,700 sq. ft., both featuring VinFast’s flagship EVs. Customers can book vehicles at the showrooms or online at VinFastAuto.in with a fully refundable booking fee of ₹21,000.
VinFast plans to open 35 dealerships across 27+ Indian cities by year-end as part of its roadmap to create a robust EV ecosystem. To strengthen after-sales support, it has partnered with myTVS for servicing, Global Assure for 24/7 roadside assistance, and RoadGrid for charging infrastructure. The company is also exploring long-term charging network solutions with its strategic partner V-Green.
Central to VinFast’s India strategy is its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, where the VF 6 and VF 7 will be assembled. The plant’s proximity to the port makes it ideal for catering to both domestic and export markets. Additionally, VinFast has joined hands with BatX Energies to ensure battery recycling and circularity, reinforcing its sustainability vision.
