This marks the company’s sixth LCV outlet in the state.
The new dealership, Capital Trucks, is strategically located at Vembayam, Kanyakulangara, and is a 3S facility (Sales, Service, and Spares) designed to deliver a comprehensive customer experience. Equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, 10 quick service bays, and modern infrastructure, the outlet aims to provide superior service standards for fleet operators and small business owners alike.
Ashok Leyland’s LCV portfolio—comprising BADA DOST, DOST, SAATHI, PARTNER, and MiTR—continues to gain traction in India’s growing light commercial vehicle segment. The company has already deployed over 5.5 lakh LCVs across the country, reflecting strong customer acceptance.

Ashok Leyland recently introduced the SAATHI, a sub-2-ton entry-level small commercial vehicle (SCV) powered by a 45 HP engine with 110 Nm torque, offering a segment-leading payload of 1,120 kg. The SAATHI joins the versatile BADA DOST platform, which includes five variants tailored for inter- and intra-city applications, while the PARTNER load carrier and MiTR bus further extend the company’s offerings in the 4-ton and school bus segments.
With over 1,700 exclusive outlets across India, Ashok Leyland boasts one of the largest service networks in the commercial vehicle industry, ensuring that an authorized service center is available within every 75 km on major highways.
