Marking a significant milestone in India’s clean energy transition, Oswal Energies Ltd. has received its first 1 MW indigenous electrolyser stack from Greenzo Energy India Ltd., officially kickstarting its ambitious ₹320 crore Green Hydrogen project.

This inaugural delivery sets in motion a 20 MW Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) initiative that aims to supply low-carbon hydrogen to key sectors such as chemicals and fertilisers. The project, which will roll out hydrogen plants ranging in capacity from 0.5 MW to 5 MW over the next 12–18 months, will utilise Greenzo’s advanced homegrown electrolyser technology.

“This electrolyser delivery is more than a shipment—it’s the foundation of a national energy transformation,” said Mr. Ratan Bokadia, Managing Director of Oswal Energies. “Our vision blends sustainability with self-reliance, and through this partnership with Greenzo, we’re empowering industries with low-carbon solutions.”

The collaboration represents a powerful alignment of EPC excellence and green innovation. Oswal Energies, a leading EPC company with over 250 successful projects across oil, gas, and clean energy sectors, is now further expanding its green footprint. From a humble fabrication unit in 2013, Oswal has grown into a global EPC player, catering to industry giants such as Shell, ONGC, and ExxonMobil across Asia, Europe, and Africa.

Greenzo Energy, with an order book exceeding ₹1800 crore, is emerging as a crucial player in India’s green hydrogen roadmap. The company designs and manufactures high-efficiency electrolysers and turnkey hydrogen systems, catering to clients across India and the Middle East.

“Our dispatch to Oswal Energies highlights the growing strength of India’s green manufacturing ecosystem,” said Mr. Sandeep Agarwal, Managing Director of Greenzo Energy. “We are proud to support India’s energy goals with cost-effective, locally made hydrogen solutions.”

As India aims to become a global hub for green hydrogen, the Oswal-Greenzo alliance underscores the nation’s shift toward self-reliant, sustainable energy infrastructure—blending indigenous innovation, industrial scale, and environmental responsibility.
