In a major boost to India’s clean mobility mission, Incharz (Servotech EV Infra), one of the country’s fastest-growing EV charge point operators and infrastructure developers, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL)—a joint venture of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. The partnership aims to accelerate the development of robust EV charging infrastructure across Greater Noida.

The MoU was officially signed by Sanket Srivastava, Head of PMS & Sustainability, NPCL, and Prem Prakash, CEO of Incharz. This strategic alliance represents a critical step forward in building accessible, efficient, and future-ready EV charging ecosystems in high-density urban and residential zones.

Under the collaboration, Incharz and NPCL will work jointly to identify key sites—residential societies, corporate offices, commercial hubs, and hospitals—for deploying EV charging stations. NPCL will also facilitate coordination with DISCOMs to streamline installation timelines and reduce setup costs.

This partnership with NPCL marks a defining milestone in our journey to build a smart and scalable EV charging network,” said Prem Prakash, CEO of Incharz. “Our larger mission with Servotech is to solarise India and build cities powered by clean energy. By improving last-mile connectivity and accelerating infrastructure rollout, we’re helping push India toward not just carbon neutrality, but eventually becoming a carbon-negative nation.

The partnership’s first milestone has already been achieved with charging stations installed in two residential societies:

  • Stellar Jeevan: Equipped with 7.4 kW and 10 kW AC chargers
  • Ace Divino: Hosts a 40 kW DC charger and 10 kW AC charger, capable of charging three two-wheelers simultaneously

We are pleased to collaborate with Servotech EV Infra to expand green mobility in Greater Noida,” said Sanket Srivastava of NPCL. “This alliance will make EV charging more accessible, reliable, and widespread, supporting India’s clean energy and sustainability goals.

As the push toward EV adoption intensifies, this MoU lays the groundwork for transforming Greater Noida into a model EV-ready city, setting a benchmark for other urban centers across India.
