Winline Technology Showcases Advanced Charging Solutions for the North American EV Market at ACT Expo 2025

At the 2025 Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo, Winline Technology, a global leader in electric vehicle charging and intelligent energy systems, showcased its latest lineup of high-efficiency, high-reliability power modules tailored for the fast-evolving North American EV infrastructure market.

With EV adoption surging—U.S. sales surpassed 2.2 million units in 2024 and are projected to reach 3.5 million in 2025—there is growing pressure to develop scalable, grid-resilient charging infrastructure. At ACT Expo, Winline Technology’s booth drew strong interest from industry professionals, highlighting the company’s commitment to innovation and technical excellence in addressing market challenges.

Founded in 2007, Winline Technology specializes in the development and manufacturing of EV charging modules, high-voltage DC power supplies, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and intelligent microgrid solutions. At the expo, the company emphasized solutions with high power density, ultra-wide voltage adaptability, and excellent thermal performance—key requirements for diverse North American climate and usage scenarios.

One of the spotlight products, the UXR100060, is a 60kW AC/DC power module capable of full-load operation in ambient temperatures up to 50°C. It supports a wide output voltage range of 100 to 1000V, making it ideal for both urban multi-vehicle chargers and highway fast-charging stations.

The LCR100040A, a 40kW liquid-cooled power module, targets rugged environments such as coastal, mining, and logistics installations. It features hydroelectric isolation and advanced thermal management to ensure reliability in harsh conditions.

Also featured was the UXR100040G, a fully potted 40kW AC/DC module that meets IEC 61851-23:2023 and EMC Class B standards. With ultra-low standby power, minimal acoustic noise, and enhanced thermal design, it is well-suited for commercial-grade fast-charging stations.

Winline Technology also introduced three new V2G-compatible modules: the unidirectional DC/DC UXC100040, the bidirectional DC/DC UXC95050B, and the bidirectional AC/DC UXG1K022, supporting intelligent grid interaction, energy storage, and off-grid applications.

Additional modules such as the UXR100030G and UXR100030S, both 30kW compact, high-efficiency modules, cater to urban and mobile charging needs.

“Our product strategy has always been rooted in the practical needs of global infrastructure development,” said Chase Qi, Regional Sales Manager. “Winline continuously delivers advanced technologies to support the world’s energy transition goals.”

With certifications including CE, CB, UKCA, and UL, Winline Technology is reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in delivering robust, scalable energy solutions to the North American market.
