One Electric, a pioneer in high-performance electric motorcycles, has announced the launch of four new models, spearheaded by the much-anticipated Kridn X. Designed to cater to India’s growing demand for reliable and cost-effective electric mobility, the new lineup reinforces One Electric’s commitment to quality, performance, and robust after-sales support.

Kridn X: Affordable EV Mobility for the Masses
Set to launch in April 2025, the Kridn X aims to redefine the mass-market electric motorcycle segment. With pricing under ₹1 lakh for the 100 km range variant and ₹1.3 lakh for the 200 km range variant, the Kridn X delivers an unmatched combination of affordability and durability. Developed over six years with real-world testing across India and Africa, this model promises reliability for daily commuters and last-mile delivery riders.

“Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone,” said Gaurav Uppal, CEO of One Electric. “The Kridn X offers the perfect balance of price and performance, making it a compelling choice for urban mobility.”

Expanding the Portfolio: Kridn X+, Sport, and XR
In addition to the Kridn X, One Electric is introducing three more models tailored to different riding needs:

Kridn X+: A premium variant of the Kridn X featuring alloy wheels, CBS disc brakes, and enhanced color options, offering added style and safety at a marginally higher price.
Kridn Sport: A high-performance model with 6 kW peak power and a top speed of 90 km/h, aimed at riders seeking speed and agility. This model also targets the South American EV motorcycle market.
Kridn XR: A versatile model blending the ergonomics of a scooter with the safety of 17-inch wheels, ideal for daily commutes, last-mile deliveries, and carrying larger packages. Designed for Southeast Asian markets, it offers a practical alternative to conventional delivery vehicles.
“We are not just building EVs—we are creating alternatives that match and exceed the performance of 100cc–150cc petrol motorcycles,” said Abhijeet Shah, CTO of One Electric. “From city commuters to performance enthusiasts, our patented designs cater to a wide range of users.”

Nationwide Rollout & Expansion Plans
One Electric will initially launch these models in Delhi NCR, followed by Pune, with further expansion into key cities across India. The company is positioning itself to leverage India’s aggressive EV adoption policies, ensuring seamless availability and strong after-sales support.

“With our proven track record and comprehensive product portfolio, we are ready to capture a significant share of India’s growing EV two-wheeler market,” added Uppal.
