Statiq, a leading provider of EV charging solutions in India, has successfully deployed advanced chargers across luxury, mid-tier, and boutique hotels in 2024. This initiative strengthens India’s EV infrastructure by making charging more accessible at strategic hospitality locations, promoting sustainable travel habits.

By 2025, Statiq plans to expand its charging network to over 700 hotels across tier-1 and tier-2 cities, highways, and popular tourist destinations, addressing accessibility gaps and supporting India’s growing EV ecosystem.

Highlighting the significance of this development, Akshit Bansal, Founder & CEO of Statiq, stated, “Installing EV charging infrastructure at hotels is not just about convenience; it eliminates barriers to adoption and fosters a greener future. Travelers need the confidence that their journeys are backed by reliable charging solutions. Every charger deployed helps reduce fossil fuel dependency, contributing to cleaner air and healthier cities.”

Raghav Arora, Co-Founder & CTO of Statiq, emphasized the user-focused technology behind the installations, noting, “Reliable infrastructure is key to accelerating EV adoption. Our scalable, efficient chargers cater to diverse EV models, ensuring travelers can charge seamlessly, whether stopping briefly or for extended stays.”

With India’s EV market valued at USD 8.49 billion in 2024 and projected to grow at a CAGR of 40.7% from 2025 to 2030, Statiq’s expanding network aims to promote sustainable travel while addressing concerns around charging accessibility and range limitations. By transforming hotels into reliable EV charging hubs, Statiq is advancing India’s transition toward clean energy and boosting confidence in electric mobility.
