Electric vehicle manufacturer Ultraviolette has unveiled two groundbreaking products at its largest-ever showcase event, FAST FORWARD India ’25. The event, held in Bengaluru, saw the company introduce its first electric scooter, the ‘Tesseract,’ along with a new electric motorcycle, the ‘Shockwave.’ Both vehicles promise to set new benchmarks in performance, safety, and technology in the electric mobility space.
Tesseract: The World’s Most Advanced Electric Scooter
Ultraviolette marked its entry into the mainstream electric scooter market with the launch of the Tesseract. Priced at an introductory ₹1.2 lakh for the first 10,000 customers, the scooter boasts a suite of segment-first features. Among the key highlights are:
- Safety & Technology: Integrated radar and dashcam system, Omnisense mirrors, blindspot detection, lane change assist, and collision alerts.
- Performance: A peak power output of 20 bhp (15 kW) and an IDC-certified range of 261 km.
- Charging & Storage: Fast charging capability of under an hour and an industry-leading 34-litre under-seat storage capacity.
- Variants & Pricing: Available in three battery configurations with prices rising to ₹1.45 lakh after initial bookings. Pre-bookings are open at ₹999, with deliveries set to begin in early 2026.

Shockwave: A High-Performance Electric Motorcycle
In addition to the Tesseract, Ultraviolette also introduced the Shockwave, an electric motorcycle designed to appeal to performance enthusiasts. Key specifications include:
- Power & Torque: A peak power output of 14.5 bhp (10.8 kW) and an impressive 505 Nm of torque at the rear wheel.
- Speed & Range: Capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, with an IDC range of 165 km.
- Pricing & Availability: Launched at ₹1.49 lakh for the first 1,000 customers, pre-bookings are available at ₹999, with deliveries also expected in early 2026.
