Mahindra & Mahindra has etched its name in history with its Electric Origins eSUVs, the BE 6 and XEV 9e, achieving record-breaking 5-star safety ratings in the Bharat New Car Assessment Programme (Bharat-NCAP). With the highest-ever scores on Indian roads, Mahindra solidifies its leadership in manufacturing safe and sustainable vehicles as it embarks on its electric era.

Unprecedented Scores in Safety Tests
The XEV 9e scored a perfect 32/32 for adult occupant protection, coupled with an impressive 45/49 in child occupant protection. The BE 6, closely following, achieved 31.97/32 for adult occupant protection and matched the XEV 9e’s score of 45/49 in child protection.

These stellar results crown the BE 6 and XEV 9e as not only the safest EVs but also the safest SUVs evaluated by Bharat NCAP, marking a new standard for automotive safety in India.
