Suzuki Motor Corporation has unveiled three groundbreaking models at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, highlighting the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. The lineup includes Suzuki’s first global strategic battery electric motorcycle, the e-ACCESS, the updated ACCESS, and the bioethanol-powered GIXXER SF 250. All three models will be produced by Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited, with sales set to begin in India before expanding globally.

The All-New e-ACCESS: Suzuki’s First BEV Motorcycle

The e-ACCESS is Suzuki’s pioneering battery electric vehicle (BEV) for motorcycles, combining practicality with cutting-edge technology. Designed to deliver smooth and quiet performance, the e-ACCESS features a fixed lithium iron-phosphate battery, offering a quiet, seamless riding experience. Key highlights include:

  • Advanced Features: Three selectable driving modes, a regenerative braking system, and reverse mode for easy parking.
  • Convenience: A 17L under-seat storage, keyless system, and a color TFT LCD meter with smartphone connectivity.
  • Elegant Design: A timeless aesthetic with vertical LED position lights and two-tone machined wheels.

Production is scheduled to begin in March 2025, with Indian sales launching in April, followed by exports.

The New ACCESS: Classic Styling Meets Modern Efficiency

Suzuki’s flagship model in India, the ACCESS, receives a comprehensive update while retaining its signature urban-classic styling. Enhancements include:

  • Improved Efficiency: A 124cc Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) engine offering better fuel economy.
  • Enhanced Features: LED lighting, increased storage, and an easy-access fuel filler.
  • Stylish Design: Updated detailing to appeal to urban riders.

Sales for the ACCESS commenced in January 2025 in India, with exports to follow.

GIXXER SF 250: Embracing Bioethanol for Sustainability

The GIXXER SF 250, Suzuki’s 250cc road sports bike, now supports bioethanol fuel blends of up to 85% (E85). By refining components such as the fuel injector, pump, and filter, the model aligns with Suzuki’s goal of reducing CO2 emissions through renewable energy sources.
