Ola Electric Mobility has announced a significant expansion of its sales and service network, aiming to bring affordable electric vehicles (EVs) closer to every Indian household. As part of its #SavingsWalaScooter campaign, the company will increase its network to 4000 locations by December 25, marking one of the fastest rollouts of EV distribution globally.
With the addition of over 3200 new stores, Ola Electric is now strengthening its presence in metros, Tier-2, and Tier-3 towns across India. These new locations will be co-located with service facilities, ensuring customers receive the best sales and after-sales support. The company’s goal is to make EV ownership accessible to a wider range of consumers, contributing to the #SavingsWalaScooter movement.
The campaign aligns with Ola Electric’s broader mission to accelerate the transition from internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles to electric mobility in India. Through its direct-to-consumer (D2C) model, the company aims to make EVs more affordable and accessible, offering a cost-effective alternative to rising petrol prices and the high cost of ownership of ICE vehicles.
Ola Electric’s growing network is backed by its innovative product portfolio, which includes the recently launched Gig and S1 Z scooters. These scooters, priced from ₹39,999, cater to rural, semi-urban, and urban markets, offering durable, reliable, and flexible solutions for personal and commercial use. Ola Electric is also set to launch additional models, including the S1 portfolio and Roadster series, reinforcing its leadership position in India’s EV market.
