Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has announced the launch of its Customer Care Mahotsav 2024, a nationwide customer engagement program aimed at providing valuable services and support to its commercial vehicle customers. The program, which runs until December 24, 2024, will take place at over 2,500 authorized service outlets across the country, offering fleet owners and drivers a wide range of benefits and support.
The Mahotsav includes comprehensive vehicle check-ups conducted by skilled technicians, ensuring that customers receive high-quality maintenance and service for their vehicles. In addition, drivers will benefit from extensive training sessions focused on safe and fuel-efficient driving practices, helping to enhance both safety and operational efficiency.
During the event, Tata Motors will also provide tailored offerings under its Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative, a holistic solution designed to support customers throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle—from purchase to maintenance. Sampoorna Seva 2.0 includes breakdown assistance, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), guaranteed turnaround times, and easy access to genuine spare parts. Customers will also have the advantage of Fleet Edge, Tata Motors’ connected vehicle platform, which aids in efficient fleet management, maximizing vehicle uptime and minimizing operational costs.
