Kia India, the country’s leading premium carmaker, has introduced a lease program for its flagship electric vehicle, the EV6. This move follows the remarkable success of Kia’s lease program, which saw significant traction within just two months of its launch.
The special lease rental for the EV6 is set at INR 1.29 lakhs per month and includes comprehensive benefits such as insurance, maintenance, pick-up and drop services, scheduled and unscheduled services, and 24×7 roadside assistance (RSA). The EV6 lease program is exclusively available to:
- Doctors registered with the Indian Medical Association (IMA) or state associations, and heads of registered medical institutions, hospitals, or clinics.
- Chartered Accountants registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), heads of CA firms, or ICAI members.
- Other self-employed professionals.
- Select corporate entities.
Combining sleek and modern design with impressive performance, the EV6 offers a range of up to 708 km and supports fast charging from 0 to 80% in just 18 minutes using a 350kW charger, effectively addressing range anxiety. The vehicle also delivers sporty performance, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.2 seconds. Safety features include eight airbags, an ADAS level 2 suite, electronic stability control (ESC), blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and a 360-degree camera system, making it one of the safest vehicles in India.

Kia India launched the lease program in partnership with ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services Limited to offer customers a new ownership experience. The program caters to those with extended mobility needs, offering lease terms from 24 to 60 months with various mileage options. In addition to the EV6, the lease program includes minimum monthly rental plans for the Sonet, Seltos, and Carens at INR 17,999, 23,999, and 24,999 respectively.
