Highlights from the Weekend:
- Nürburgring 24 Hours: SCHERER SPORT PHX emerged victorious in the grueling Nürburgring 24 Hours race despite challenging weather conditions. The team’s strategic tire choices and clever race management were key factors in their success. This marks Audi Sport’s seventh triumph in this prestigious endurance race.
- Fanatec GT World Challenge Australia: Will Brown and Brad Schumacher from the Shaw & Partners Kelso Electrical team secured their first win in the championship at The Bend race track.
- South African Endurance Series: Team Promigen dominated the third round, with the driver duo Paul Hill and Bradley Liebenberg leading the race in their Audi R8 LMS.
- TCR Australia: Zac Soutar, driving an Audi RS 3 LMS for Team Tufflift Racing, secured a double victory at The Bend. These wins propelled him to the top spot in the overall championship standings.
