Nissan Formula E Team’s Rookies, Caio Collet and Gabriele Mini, made a remarkable impression during the Berlin Rookie Test, securing top-10 finisesh in both sessions.
Today’s test marked Collet’s second outing in the Nissan e-4ORCE 04 this season, following his participation in Free Practice 0 in Misano. The 22-year-old Brazilian, fresh off his first Indy NXT podium, wasted no time adapting to the Formula E car, clinching ninth in the opening session and improving to tenth in the afternoon.
Alpine Academy standout Gabriele Minì, experiencing Formula E machinery for the first time, showcased exceptional pace by clinching fifth in the morning session and securing ninth overall after completing an impressive 100 laps throughout the day.
The focus for both drivers was comprehensive, encompassing race simulations and qualifying runs at various power levels, aimed at gathering invaluable data across all facets of a Formula E weekend.
