NaaS Technology Partners with CCTEB to Accelerate Charging Network Digitalization

NaaS Technology (NASDAQ: NAAS), a pioneering EV charging service company listed in the US and operating in China, announced a strategic partnership with China Construction Third Engineering Bureau (CCTEB) in Wuhan, aimed at propelling the digital transformation of charging infrastructure networks.

The collaboration, unveiled during a signing ceremony, marks a pivotal moment in the advancement of electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure. NaaS Technology brings its expertise in energy asset management and digital operations to the table, while CCTEB contributes its extensive experience in construction practices. Together, they intend to broaden the reach of charging infrastructure networks and optimize operational efficiency.

Under the terms of the agreement, CCTEB and NaaS will collaborate on various projects including PV-charging-storage integration and the development of energy ports. Additionally, the partnership extends to exploring opportunities in energy asset investment and joint research initiatives aimed at advancing the digitalization of charging infrastructure networks.

Alex Wu, the Co-founder, President, and CFO of NaaS, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “As a new energy asset operator, NaaS is committed to improving industrial efficiency through digital technology and artificial intelligence. Our cooperation with CCTEB will bring us to better integrate resources and jointly promote the construction of new energy charging infrastructure, providing more convenient and efficient services for EV users.”

In the era of new energy, we see tremendous potential in collaborating with NaaS. Through this partnership, we will explore new models for the construction of charging piles and integrated energy ports, not only improving the coverage and service quality of charging networks but also providing strong support for the development of the new energy industry.”
