Tata Passenger Electric Mobility is set to introduce more than five products within the next 18 months using its first advanced pure electric vehicle platform, ‘acti.ev.’
The initial offering, ‘Punch.ev,’ an electric variant of its compact SUV Punch, will be built on this architecture, which is designed to accommodate various body styles and sizes.
The acti.ev platform prioritizes class-leading efficiencies, optimal use of space, battery capacity, and an enhanced driving experience. It is a globally adaptable, forward-looking electric architecture with software-oriented features for advanced and future-proof vehicles.
The platform offers multiple range options, supporting AC and DC fast charging for rapid recharging. Safety features comply with current and future safety protocols, making it suitable for various body styles. Bookings for Punch.ev are now open with a Rs 21,000 downpayment.
